Academic Calendar | GPS 34 JB North Faisalabad

The Academic Calendar usually started on the 1st of April each year and ended on the 31st of March of the next year before the COVID-19 Pandemic. There is a break of 2 to 3 months in summer and 10 to 15 days in winter, depending upon the severity of the weather conditions. 

The academic session 2021-2022 started on August 1, 2021, and is expected to come to an end in June 2022, as proclaimed by provincial Minister of Education Murad Raas, and federal Education Minister Shafqat Mehmood. The winter vacations were observed in district Faisalabad starting from 24 December 2021, to Jan 6, 2022.  Besides these vacations, on following National and Religious days, the School remains closed.

Besides formative assessment, students are assessed twice a year i.e. half-yearly (in December) and annually (at the end of the session). The Progress report is sent to parents to inform them the progress of their children.
